Brazilian Bean Stew with Mango Salsa

A hearty and flavourful dish inspired by traditional Brazilian cuisine. Our slow-cooked black bean, chorizo and pork stew, made with tender beans, smoked paprika, and a hint of cumin, is a lower carb version of our Brazilian Beans and Rice.  It is served with a sweet mango salsa and slices of refreshing oranges to complete this comforting and nutritious meal.
