Italian Beef Meatballs with Pasta and Mixed Salad

Italian beef meatballs are a classic dish featuring tender, juicy meatballs, seasoned with herbs, garlic, and parmesan cheese, slow-cooked in a rich tomato and herb sauce.  The meatballs are served with pasta and a fresh salad, and incorporates a light vinaigrette, for a well-balanced meal.
