Tuna Salad - Lower Carb

A twist on our Tuna Salad Protein Galore, this low-carb version replaces starchy potatoes with fresh and crunchy raw celery. The tuna is tossed in a creamy mayonnaise dressing with a hint of mustard and minced red onion, providing a refreshing lower carb salad.  Served with an extra virgin olive oil and a red wine vinaigrette, makes for a truly delicious filling meal.
